50-55 minute session $110.00

90 minute session $140.00

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session please cancel 24 hours in advance, otherwise you may be charged for the full rate of session.

IN NETWORK INSURANCE COMPANIES

I am in the process of gaining approval as an in network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, TriWest, TriCare, and AHCCCS to name a few. When you provide your insurance information, I will contact them before we meet and inform you of your responsibility.

REIMBURSEMENT FOR OUT OF NETWORK

I can provide you a receipt for reimbursement for out-of-network on most insurances. It is important that you check with your provider regarding reimbursement.
